Glenn began his career in telecommunications in the 1990s and started his own telecommunications management firm in 1999, which later became part of OnCall Telecom. With Glenn’s knack for evaluating business models and identifying growth opportunities, OnCall Telecom has become a premier leader in helping businesses nationwide design, procure, implement, and manage voice and data networks.
Beyond his professional role, Glenn is also a respected public servant. Glenn was elected in 2008 and 2012 to serve on the Virginia Beach City Council and in 2013 as a member of the Virginia House of Delegates representing the 84th District, where he still serves today.
Glenn is a graduate of the EO/MIT Entrepreneurial Master’s Program and the Sorenson Institute for Political Leadership at the University of Virginia.
John has over 25 years of experience working in the telecommunications industry, serving as the subject matter expert to large enterprise clients for MCI Communications Corporation and Sprint Corporation. His experience includes solutions involving WAN/LAN design, call center design, and large VoIP implementations.
As a telecom consulting liaison for Sprint, John led and helped implement several major initiatives including Sprint’s FTS200 project, a federal telecommunications project which became the standard in governmental communications across all six of the GSA’s required services: switched voice, switched data, packet-switched service, video transmission, dedicated transmission, and ISDN.
During John’s tenure at MCI as a technical consultant and national account manager in Richmond, Virginia, he was responsible for numerous large enterprise client solutions including Capital One, Phillip Morris, and Best Products. His success prompted MCI to enlist John’s expertise with other large enterprise clients in Hampton Roads including Newport News Shipbuilding, The Christian Broadcasting Network (now ABC Family), and Smithfield Foods.
After a career of successful projects and satisfied clients, John founded a telecommunications management company in Norfolk which later became part of OnCall Telecom.
Lucas began his telecommunications career with Goodman Consulting and Technology designing technology solutions for the company’s clients. After Goodman, Lucas joined KMC Telecom and was recognized numerous times for the caliber of service he provided to their clients.
In 2006, Lucas joined the OnCall Telecom family and is responsible for its corporate sales initiatives and vendor relations. In addition, Lucas oversees the technical solution designs for OnCall’s clients.
Lucas has served on the New Century Technology Council, helping to bridge the gap between local businesses and colleges, and currently serves on the ECPI Advisory Board helping to improve the curriculum for their students. Additionally, he serves on the Century Link Advisory Board assisting with Century Link’s corporate strategy regarding new technology rollout, customer service, and agent support.
Lucas was a CTL AD Council member in 2014, 2015, and 2016, and was a 2016 Vonage Ad council member, a 2018 Avant Ad council member, and a March 2018 Channel Outlaws Podcast Participant. Lucas is also a contributor to a published Polycom case study.
In his free time, Lucas spends quality time with his 16-month old son and wife, enjoys wine, and likes Boston sports.
MaryTom joined the OnCall family early 2019 as a Project Manager. Her motivation and passion to provide excellence has been the key ingredient to successful projects.
Prior to joining the OnCall team, Mary gained experience project managing Voice, Data, and Security projects for industries such as education, government, non-profit and healthcare.
In order to ensure customers are provided the greatest experience, Mary is working towards her CAPM (Certified Associates of Project Management) and after accomplishing that, will take the PMP exam in the future. Mary has planted roots with OnCall and is excited to advance and grow within this industry.
During free time, Mary enjoys trying to keep up with her high energy daughter. In the summer, she is fond of sunburns and sunsets. In the fall she enjoys Green Bay Packers football and tailgate food.

As the Client Success Manager at OnCall Telecom, Leeanne works closely with our clients to ensure that the goal of complete customer satisfaction is met every time.
She has 13 years of experience in customer service over various industries. This experience enables her to surprise and delight clients with amazing service, follow up, and timely proactive engagement.
Leeanne’s strong family values drive her commitment towards building and maintaining relationships with all clients.
She is a proud Louisiana native that brings strong southern hospitality to our office. Her free time is spent with her daughter enjoying all aspects that our great city of Virginia Beach has to offer.
JP Vittori joined the OnCall Telecom team in October of 2019. A graduate of Christopher Newport University in Newport News, VA, telecommunications seems to come naturally for JP. As the son of a 25 year telecommunications veteran, JP often found himself riding back from rugby practice in a car full of fiber optic cables.
After graduating from college, JP joined the team at Vonage Business assisting clients migrate their legacy premises-based PBX solutions to the cloud. While JP found a company and industry he was passionate about, JP also realized that this clients needed help in other areas such as Internet deployments, security solutions, and other forms of cloud-based technology. JP realized he could help his clients in more ways than one by being part of the team like OnCall Telecom that can provide its clients holistic technology solutions from a deep vendor portfolio.
Since making the jump to OnCall Telecom, JP has integrated himself into a number of clients helping them reduce their communications spend, while also assisting them augment their existing technology solutions.
In his spare time, JP enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, as well as playing club rugby.
Sr. Account Director, Carolinas
As a sales professional Carlos has been in the IT/telecommunication’s landscape for the last 27 years. For the last 20 years, he has constantly exceeded the goals set, and continuously developed business as a Channel Partner manager for Centurylink . His deep experience has given him the knowledge and understanding to navigate both complex business relationships, and the technical requirements necessary to identity, develop and grow business opportunities. He is passionate about sales, and enjoys the daily challenges of our business landscape, while getting to serve customers every day.
On a personal note, he is a native of Chile and has lived in Raleigh NC for the last 40 years with his wife of 38 years , two daughters and now son in law. He has had the pleasure of serving the community as a mentor, soccer coach and YMCA volunteer.
Carlos graduated from UNC-Wilmington with a BS in Business and with a master of Business from Appalachian State University. He enjoys staying active, going to beach, fishing, cycling , swimming and spending time family.
Sr. Enterprise Account Director
Helen recently joined the OnCall team and brings with her over 20 years’ experience within the everchanging world of IT Infrastructure. Helen prides herself upon being highly skilled in communicating with key clients to address individual needs, presenting product and service portfolio solutions designed to enhance customer satisfaction, business retention, and most importantly growth. Her unique ability to spearhead cross-functional teams through daily operations, ensure adherence to overarching strategies and policies, and provide assistance to her clients to achieve both short- and long-term goals sets her apart from many in this field.
Helen attended both James Madison University and the University of Virginia and can oftentimes be seen cheering each of her respective teams on during sporting events. Helen resides in Roanoke, VA and can usually be found enjoying the outdoors in her spare time. She is duly engaged with the Roanoke-Blacksburg Technology Council and also has worked directly with the Mid-Atlantic TeleResource Center in Charlottesville.

As a Client success manager, Stephanie focuses on giving the customer the best experience and making sure their needs are always met. She has been a delightful addition, joining the OnCall team in September of 2020.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. With a combined 15 years of customer service experience, she understands that communication, attention to detail, and transparency are keys to a long-lasting relationship with her customers. She demonstrates a strong ability to connect with people and fully understands what it takes to meet their needs successfully.
Growing up in the Midwest, you can always count on her friendly, easygoing, and enthusiastic conversations. Toss in a little southern charm from her time living in Kentucky and what you get is a sweet, devoted, and hard-working professional with a tremendous work ethic.
In her free time, you can find her doing some of her favorite things. Spending time with her boyfriend, his daughter, and their two dogs, roaming the aisles of Target, eating donuts, or watching Kentucky sports… GO BIG BLUE!
