Helen recently joined the OnCall team and brings with her over 20 years’ experience within the ever-changing world of IT Infrastructure.
Helen prides herself upon being highly skilled in communicating with key clients to address individual needs, presenting product and service portfolio solutions designed to enhance customer satisfaction, business retention, and most importantly growth.
Her unique ability to spearhead cross-functional teams through daily operations, ensure adherence to overarching strategies and policies, and provide assistance to her clients to achieve both short- and long-term goals sets her apart from many in this field.
Helen attended both James Madison University and the University of Virginia and can oftentimes be seen cheering each of her respective teams on during sporting events.
Helen resides in Roanoke, VA and can usually be found enjoying the outdoors in her spare time.
She is duly engaged with the Roanoke-Blacksburg Technology Council and also has worked directly with the Mid-Atlantic TeleResource Center in Charlottesville.
